Current billing plans and upcoming plan change requests for an enterprise.
Enterprise Billing
An enterprise's billing is managed at the module level — each subscribed module has its own active billing plan for the current month and an optional upcoming plan for the next month.
Billing Plan Structure
Current Plan
The active billing plans for the current month, listed per module. Each entry shows:
- Plan Name
- Description
- Price
- Module
- Module Parameters — maximum allowed value and currently utilised value
- Start Date and End Date
Upcoming Plan
An enterprise can submit change requests for the next billing period. Change requests are evaluated by the MSP and take effect on the first day of the target month.
Change Request Types

| Add | Subscribe to a new module | Adding Orchestration when it was not previously subscribed |
| Update | Switch to a different plan for an existing module | Upgrading FinOps from Basic to Enterprise plan |
| Delete | Unsubscribe from a module | Removing SecOps Basic |
Approval Lifecycle
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted but not yet reviewed by the MSP |
| Confirmed | Approved by the MSP; will become active on the first of the target month |
| Rejected | Declined by the MSP |
Validity: Approval requests are valid until the last day of the current month.
