MSP Onboarding
Activating the MSP subscription and setting up the first admin user.
MSP Onboarding
MSP onboarding activates the managed service provider account and provisions the first admin user. The initial credentials are provided by Revdau during instance creation.
Onboarding Flow
Steps
1. Activate the MSP Subscription
Subscription activation is based on a Buyer Email ID and Subscription Key. For the initial deployment, these are provided by Revdau in the instance configuration file — not entered via a UI flow.
2. Create the First User
After activation, create the first MSP admin user:

3. Login with Temporary Password
The system emails a temporary password. The user logs in with this credential.
4. Change Password
On first login the user is required to change their password before accessing any portal functionality.
