Responsibilities

• Provide shared scripts and helper utilities used by development or operations workflows.
• Keep cross-repository tooling out of product service repositories.
• Standardize common automation tasks where a full platform service is not required.
• Support repeatable local and CI workflows.

mcm-utils supports backend, module, plugin, infrastructure, and delivery repositories when shared tooling is needed.
